What can we say about Ned. Honestly, he has few, if any, redeeming qualities. He is not good with other dogs or cats. He is very pompous and forward and seems to think that the world should dote on him. One would think that, with a negative personality such as his, he could at least have a pretty face, but, alas, he is lacking there as well, as his nose is super squished in and his eyes are way too large for his head.
He does have a good appetite and does get along with people, though he seems to view them as his servants, there to wait on him hand and foot.
None the less, there has to be a home for him somewhere. Maybe there is a troll under a bridge who needs a companion.

Our adoption process is based on making the right match. Though people can apply for a specific animal, we would like to know more about lifestyle and match a pet with that lifestyle. For example, we would not want to match an active dog with an inactive one. Therefore, our primary concern is the interview process and getting to know the potential adopter.
