Gump is about 8 years old. I got him around 6-7 years ago from my mom when I was looking for a cat. I did not realize at the time how much work and care he would require. He has digestive issues and bladder issues. I have taken him to the vet many times, had blood work done, and got him on UTI prevenative food. I was told there isn't a "cure" and was recommended more than once to put him down. Just the thought of that is heartbreaking. I love Gump so much, he is such a loving affectionate cat. Hes amazing with kids, so patient but vocal and enjoys playing while getting his chin scratched. He really is the NICEST cat ive ever had but he just requires alot of work and attention. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and work alot. It has become too much and can get overwhelming. He does throw up alot, uses the bathroom much more than normal and doesn't like to be alone for long. The ideal home would be a loving family with other pets, kids and a big house. He would thrive in space and company.
