My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My foster writes:
Puti is a gorgeous black cat with beautiful green eyes. She loves to play, and still has a bit of kitten in her. A wand toy is her favorite. Puti may be a little shy at first, but when offered a space to observe and get used to her environment and new family she will come out of her shell. If you are patient and kind, she will reward you with her trust. Puti is a great eater and is very clean. She uses a scratching board and the litter box.

What my friends at ACC say about me:

I have lived with cats.

I'm an independent kitty who likes to do my own thing.

I am looking for a home with a patient person.

Puti was on top of the den at the back, slightly hunched with moderate pupils. She allowed all petting while remaining still and after sniffing treats. She remained calm when upward pressure was applied to her abdomen so it appears that a pick up would be possible. She is sweet and a bit shy.

Puti interacts with the observer, solicits & appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for cat parents with either an average amount of cat experience or demonstrate a basic understanding of typical cat behavior.
