We all love our Taco Tuesday, he’s such a social boy. Seriously Taco does amazing with everyone he meets. Check out his video showing him with kids, cats, and in the car.

Taco is a leaner- he leans in for love and pets. He will be your lap dog cuddle bug too if you let him. Or roll for a belly rub. Taco is young but he’s smart. He has leash skills and knows sit. He loves treats and is always eager to learn more when a treat is involved.
Taco is great with dogs too. He loves to make new friends. He can play with the gentle & dainty or the rough & rowdy. He takes play cues well. You can see he does well in groups and would love to have doggie playgroup time. Taco doesn’t mind getting wet, he’ll play in the kiddie pools at playgroups. Taco is a happy guy, especially if there’s toys involved. Watch how how much he loves balls. He’s willing to fish them out of the pool! You can see this in his main video.

Taco is a family dog, he’s ready to show his family lots of love and playful fun. He’s such a social butterfly he will be great on family outings. And he’s got a good balance of energy he can go for a hike or chill out to watch a movie with his family.

Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, busses, or cargo vans equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 1-2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you!
The adoption fee is $750 and includes all vetting: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2-6 months of heartworm preventative according to age, heartworm testing and heartworm treatment if applicable, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!
