My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Luna. I am an 9 year old female Pug/Frenchie/Chihuahua mix.

I'm very friendly and love getting treats (especially blueberries!), belly rubs, and cuddling up next to my humans. I have lived with another dogs, but I find them to be a bit annoying and greedy with the food and attention. I prefer to spend my time indoors, except when I get to go on walks, which I just can't get enough of. And I'm good with all ages of kids! I will follow you around and stay by your side. I need a good dental cleaning and to lose a few pounds, but otherwise very healthy! I started the first couple years of my life in a cage constantly, sadly. And I have had a few homes, but because of my previous owners' health and other issues I haven't had a long-term home. Please love me forever!

Our adoption fee helps us to re-coop expenses for the animals medical expenses and each adopter must compete an application form on our website at www.havendogrescue.org before meeting the pet. We also do a home check prior to signing an adoption contract.
