Meet Rowena!

Rowena is one of the puppies that was quickly rescued after Oklahome learned that the puppies were still nursing at 6.5 weeks old as their ONLY form of nutrition.

Despite being smaller than expected for her age, Rowena is now thriving in her foster home and will be ready for her forever home soon!
