My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

LOCATED IN CAMBRIDGE, ON at PetSmart Cambridge
DOB: 11 April 2022
Microchipped

Hi I'm Chloe. A quiet, sweet and shy girl who enjoys treats and slow petting.

I love my hammock but I LOVE wet food more! When you pop open a can or pouch of some yummy wet food, I hop out of my hammock and come right over like a teenager hearing the pizza delivery arrive! 🥰 I also LOVE catnip and treats. They help me overcome my shyness and explore while I am still getting used to my surroundings. Please don't let my panther stare fool you - I'm a gentle girl who is just a little unsure about where I am right now - it's very new to me and I am a smaller 2-year-old girl. Big new places take a bit to adjust to when you're tiny, right? And I think I like places that are a bit less busy and a bit calmer than the adoption room. But I know I need to be here to meet more people. And I do like when nice people pet my little face and talk to me sweetly! ... And I like watching what my humans are up to as well. It's how I get to know people better, but we can get to know each other with catnip and treats too I hope.

They say it can be hard to meet humans when you're a shy little black kitty, but I am hopeful I'll soon meet people who know how wonderful it is to adopt a shy cat... who long like I do to experience that moment when I blossom and give you my heart. It will feel like the best, warm, sunny spring day ever for both of us!!! So I keep watching the people who come. I'm taking my time to come out of my shell but when I meet my forever "purrson", I'll open up and be their most loyal companion!
