My stepfather adopted this pet from a shelter when he was 75 yrs old in 2019. The dog is now 5 yrs old but my stepfather has had to go into a long-term care facility and cannot maintain nor keep the pet. My immediate family is saturated with pets, and we unfortunately cannot keep this pet. We have placed him in a kennel for 1 week while we try to avoid having to do something drastic. Sorry, for the urgency and this is the best that we could do for the dog at this time. We cannot afford long-term kenneling.
My experience with the dog is that he is very friendly. He is excited to see anyone and is very loving. He knows sit and shake. He is not aggressive at all and spends time wagging his tail or sleeping. He does like to lick at times but will stop if you tell him.
