My name is Carver!

Carver is a lovable 4 yo yellow Lab-Aussie mix rescued in AZ. He has a soft yellow coat and unique eyes. He would do well with an experienced energetic outdoorsy owner. I take him on 2 walks daily 1-2 miles each, in woods, dog park or the neighborhood. He can run beside a bike, ride on a kayak or paddle board calmly and has gone camping. He likes hide n seek or hide a toy or treat to find. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes, just need be aware if they are trying to dominate him or start to have attitude with him. Responds well to e-collar and basic commands.
3 months ago in response to pain he bit when a stool tipped forward then came down on his paw.
Three years ago my elderly mother in law opened the door for an unexpected visitor and he bit them on the arm and chest causing bruising and a small puncture on the arm. I was not present at the time. I am always careful when bringing guests into my home to introduce them in a controlled way.
