Meet Susanna, the adorable 1-year-old pup who weighs in at a healthy 26 pounds. While she may be a little shy in new situations, Susanna is known for being incredibly friendly and sweet once she warms up to you. This energetic girl would love going for neighborhood walks several times a day. She could benefit from learning how to play with toys to help channel that energy in a positive way.

Susanna's love for treats also makes her the perfect candidate for training and learning tricks. By providing her with the right toys and positive reinforcement, Susanna will undoubtedly thrive and continue to bring joy to those around her.

Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.

We will review the application and make a decision after the animal's available date.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees for any one of our animals is $70.00 (this includes cost of the spay or neuter). In accordance with local laws, all animals over the age of 12 weeks will be altered prior to adoption at the local veterinary clinic. For animals under 12 weeks of age, vouchers for the surgery cost will be provided at the time of adoption.

Springdale Animal Services is closed on all legal holidays.

We do participate in adoption events around the area from time to time.

Springdale Animal Services' mission is to provide shelter and care to the thousands of stray, abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in need every year. We reunite lost pets with their owners, and place many that are homeless in caring, permanent homes. We strive to ensure the welfare and public safety of our community and its animals through education of our citizens and enforcement of our ordinances. We promote spaying/neutering all domestic animals at the earliest appropriate age, as a means of reducing their overpopulation.
