Fin is a 7 year old Border Collie/Australian Shepherd. He loves to play fetch with a tennis ball. He's a very sweet and loyal dog. He needs more attention and energy output than we are able to give him. He has a few quirks relating to sounds, and gets scared during thunderstorms. Another quirk is that he sucks on a blanket still (yes, at 7 years old!). We thought he would grow out of it, but he hasn't. Fin needs to be able to play and run and our work schedules and sports schedules have us travelling and away from home a lot. He simply needs more attention and activity than we are able to provide.
He is ok with other dogs, mostly doesn't care about them. He is possessive over his ball however. He will let a doggy friend know not to touch it. Won't bite, but bares his pearly whites. Ok with cats. We have a cat and they tolerate each other. He is the kindest sweetest guy. I really want him to have a better life with someone who can train him and do a lot with him. He deserves it.
