My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Clancy, a distinguished senior Akita whose journey to us began after her owner's passing. At 12 years young, Clancy has cherished a loving home environment since she was just 6 weeks old.

Clancy's ideal day includes soaking up the sunshine, enjoying leisurely strolls where she can explore at her own pace, and receiving lots of affection. Due to arthritis, Clancy sometimes finds movement challenging and would thrive best in a calm environment with teens or adults who can provide the gentle care she requires during her golden years.

Although she has lived harmoniously with male dogs in the past, her perfect setting now would be as an only pet, where she can receive all the attention!

Are you ready to give Clancy the loving, peaceful home she deserves? Whether you're interested in adopting or providing a foster home, please don't hesitate to reach out to learn more and meet this beautiful senior!
