My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

These kitties were brought into the shelter as strays. They were some cats hanging around a home from previous litters of kittens. To our surprise once these girls came into the shelter they gave birth shortly after arrival. They are being very good and protective mommas. Once their babies are weaned they will be spayed and looking for inside/outside homes. They still don't enjoy our company much so they prefer to have their freedom. Once the babies are 6-8 weeks they will be up for adoption.

Our hours are Monday-Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10-3, Thursday and Sunday Closed.

More about this shelter

Our shelter is staffed by only 2 employees so we greatly depend on volunteers to help care for our animals.
We work very closely with rescue groups to help move our dogs out of the shelter quickly. Our goal is to never have to euthanize for space. We cannot do that without rescue assistance because our adoption rates are very low.
