What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
The reason to rehome is we are moving to a house where someone is super allergic to cats. So we cannot keep her. She was my daughter's birthday present last year, my daughter adores her, they sleep in the same bedroom, and she responded to her name. Miku is originally from Colombia; we paid a lot for her to travel with us.
We are looking to rehome her in a house where:
1. She can go outside in the morning. Because she is a big cat, needs lots of exercise, and gets bored at home, we let her out every morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. She comes back daily and spends the rest of the day inside. It must be in a house; I live in a 2000-square-foot home, something similar or bigger.
2. She likes to be in a group, not alone, so the more family members, the better, both humans and four-legged members. She is a very social cat.
3. Someone willing to provide her with all her care and grooming monthly spends around 200 just on grooming.
Rehoming Date - June 10-20
