Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Slate. I am a handsome Russian Blue mix male kitten. I have been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. My siblings, mom, and I came into the rescue when we were just a couple days old. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful mommy cat, Xanadu, and foster family looking after us. My foster mom named all of us after shades of grey. My sister, Dove, is also available. I am the big boy of the litter, a full pound heavier than my brother (who was adopted) and over half a pound heavier than my sisters. I am a gentle giant. I am cautious at first but start to get more confident very quickly. Just like Dove, I just can’t help myself when my foster mom breaks out the wand toy. I have a healthy purr motor and I feel most secure when I am wrapped in a fuzzy blanket. But…I am a kitten, so I will often times prioritize play over cuddle time. I also just love cat trees with a hammock like feature. My foster mom says I would love to have another playful kitty friend in my new home. I haven’t met a dog face-to-face, but my foster family has dog and I hear them barking a lot. A slow introduction would be necessary if my new home has cat-friendly dogs. Also, I haven’t been around children, but I should do just fine as long as they are taught how to hold and interact with me. If you think I am a good fit, please message the rescue.
