Arabella is currently being fostered in TEXAS.
Arabella is a bit of an odd duck and she needs a very patient , loving, experienced, calm adopter with a soft voice and gentle hand.
Arabella is just afraid of the world. She is scared when the leaves blow too hard or she hears a lawn mower in distance.
She does NOT walk on leash and just lays down and sometimes will nervous pee.
Arabella is a mix. Her mom is a terrier weighing apx 18 pounds. Arabella is tall and slender and already weighs 12 pounds at apx 6- 8 months old so we are assuming she will be about 20-22 pounds fully grown.
She is gorgeous, very sweet, extremely gentle, loves other animals but is nervous upon first meeting them.
She will need a fenced in yard or a fenced in area near by where she can be carried to and then put down to learn her leash, harness training and potty manners.
She is actually really good at going potty outside here at the ranch but she has a dog door.
She is submissive and a follower, so a home with other dogs who are more outgoing and social may help her learn the ropes of being a dog.
She likes toys and smiles when you baby talk her. Arabella does like people and attention, she is just such a nervous nelly. She army crawls to you belly flat on the ground. She whines a little with nervous excitement when you give her cuddles and love.
She just needs some extra TLC to learn to trust and build some confidence.

Approve Application
We will approve your application by calling your vet and your personal reference. Once you have been approved, it's time choose your pet!

Pay Fee
Payment can be done by e-transfer to txcrcanada@gmail.com

Take the Pet Home
Once your payment is confirmed, we will confirm your Transport Date with you, the day your new family member will arrive in Canada.
