Introducing Midnight, the perfect mix of charm and cuddles! This 2-year-old, 13-pound Chihuahua/Manchester Terrier blend is as shiny as they come, with a sleek black coat and adorable dark brown points. Midnight's a social pup, getting along famously with other dogs. While cats might give her a little pause, she warms up to them eventually. Her favorite hobby? Snuggling, hands down. Whether it's on the couch or sharing the bed, she's all about that cozy life. Plus, she's got the basics down pat - crate, leash, and car rides are no sweat for her. She's a real velcro dog, sticking to her person like glue. If you're after a loyal lap warmer who'll never leave your side, Midnight's your girl! Oh, and did we mention she's used to using puppy pads and is learning to go outside? While she's still learning about toys, her absolute favorite thing is getting petted and showered with attention. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents.
A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.)http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first!
Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
