PA Kennel License #5254Wags Rescue & ReferralSouthampton Pa 18966 02/23/25 Meet Echo, a spirited young soul with a heart full of joy. This one-year-old pit mix is a delightful blend of sweetness and bravery, with a dash of goofiness that's sure to brighten your day. Echo's playful nature is infectious, her curiosity knows no bounds, and her intelligence is simply remarkable. Her journey so far may have been long, but she's ready to embark on a new adventure. While Echo was in the shelter down South when she was only a couple weeks old, she was attacked by a bigger dog and suffered an injury to her jaw. It was thought that she had healed, but after her arrival in PA, she was examined by a vet who recommended that she be seen by a veterinary dental specialist. Her x-rays and examination revealed that her injury would require jaw surgery. While she is trying her best to live as a puppy, she has difficulty eating and drinking, as she is only able to open her little mouth about an inch. Echo ended up having 3 jaw surgeries. This month she finally got an all clear from the dentist and just got spayed. She has a croaked jaw and sometimes her tongue hangs out that just adds to her cuteness. With a knack for turning ordinary moments into extraordinary ones, Echo is a true comedian, always ready to bring a smile to your face. Her love for exploration and learning makes her a great companion for those seeking an active and engaging pet. Echo's bravery and resilience are truly inspiring, and she's just waiting to share her boundless love and joy with a loving family. Adopt Echo, and let her fill your home with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. To all that donated to Echos care we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You truly made difference for this sweet girl. 04/26/24 Update Echo had to have a second unexpected surgery. She had a rough couple of days, but is doing so much better. This sweet baby is a little fighter. She has a follow up appointment next week. Echo is a bit shy when she first meets you, but warms up quickly. She absolutely loves other dogs; big or small. She enjoys playing with toys and loves loves a soft spot to lay. Her tongue hangs outs a little which truly just adds to her cuteness. She is recovering well and we will add updates about her journey. 04/13/2024 Meet Echo.
