Let me share the touching rescue story of a young pup who faced challenging twists of fate. Arriving at the city shelter at a tender age of 5 months, this pup's journey took an unexpected turn when they were adopted by an international couple. Sadly, when the couple left Korea, they left this sweet soul at the shelter. Luckily one of the rescuers spotted him in a shelter. They made the decision to provide a safe haven, and for the past two years, this pup has been at a boarding center, patiently waiting for a forever home.
Initially a bit shy, I warm up quickly, and you'll find that I'm easy to approach, allowing you to pet, hold, and lift me with ease. In fact, I'm more than happy to show off my belly, inviting those delightful belly rubs.
I'm a social butterfly, especially when it comes to my fellow furry companions. Regardless of their size or age, I'm incredibly friendly and always eager to say a cheerful hello. Playtime is one of my absolute favourite things, and I'm open to playful interactions with every dog I meet.
My energy level is just right—moderate enough to relish outdoor adventures, yet gentle and composed when indoors. Walking is a breeze with me—I won't pull on the leash, and I'm an attentive follower, making our walks a joyful experience.
When it comes to mealtime, I'm not possessive with people, but I do prefer a bit of distance from other dogs while eating. Feeding me separately ensures harmony during mealtime.
I'm a bright spark—I've quickly mastered various tricks like sitting, staying, giving a paw, and rolling over. If approached with gentleness and patience, I'm more than willing to let you pet me and share affection. My gentle, smart, and affectionate nature makes me the perfect easygoing companion for anyone seeking a loving and joyful pup to complete their family. Let's embark on this journey of love and companionship together!

Chenny's Happy Tails Rescue Canada is a not-for-profit group(Corporate name: 12023318 CANADA FOUNDATION) registered in Canada, based in Toronto, Canada.
We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.
We are committed to finding forever homes for dogs in Canada.
