My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bongbong🍬🍭

*Interaction: Initially a bit shy, but loves people and quickly becomes friendly, wagging its tail and approaching! It's a sweetheart who loves human touch and sitting on laps.
* A lively and curious puppy who follows people around eagerly to play. 😊
*Compatibility: Likes friends and wants to play together. Still afraid of much bigger friends.
*Separation Anxiety: Initially whines a bit but quickly settles into a comfortable spot and sleeps well! Enjoys human company and relies on it, so currently undergoing training steadily.
*Potty Training: Working hard to learn to use the pads! Successful about 60% of the time.
*Hygiene Education: Afraid of baths and hair drying but tolerates them well! Thinks brushing is a game and might nip but doesn't struggle. Also occasionally whines during nail trimming but tolerates it well ☺️
*Walking: Enjoys walks and isn't afraid to go outside!
*Car Sickness: Gets a little car sick. Sometimes vomits very rarely, but will faint and sleep deeply if given a tired play before riding!

💌Special Notes💌
*Still a young puppy, so may exhibit separation anxiety, potty training issues, chewing, mouthing, whining, jumping, howling, and barking, requiring training.
*Difficult to predict shedding and growth size due to unknown breed.
*Eats well without any fuss and is in the process of self-regulated feeding.
*Teething stage, so enjoys chewing hands and toys. Currently undergoing training not to bite hands.
*Has mastered "sit" and "paw" commands!

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
