My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pobby😊💕

* Toward People: Has great affinity for people! If you stay still, he approaches you first, gives you a body rub, and begs you to touch him.😊 He doesn't shy away from strangers; instead, approaches them first and exposes his tummy to them.
* Toward Dogs: Gets along well with other dog friends! Is not the type to approach first and ask to play, but while playing together, he treats them politely and does not insist his way.
* Separation Anxiety: None! When he is by himself, he mostly sleeps when he is alone
* Potty Training: 100% perfect on the pad!!
* Hygiene: Takes baths perfectly and hair drying well!
* Walks: Just nose-walks at the moment because he hasn't received all of the necessary vaccinations. Enjoys being held outside in the wind and sunshine! Based on his constant sniffing, it appears that enjoys going for a walk.
* Car Sickness: Had only gone brief distances thus far, but he was sitting quietl and wasn't feeling car sickness.

💌Special Notes💌
*Scaling completed, hernia surgery completed.
* Is learning the command 'sit' and “down” So smart that he almost mastered it in a single day.
* Doesn't bark at all. Enjoys eatting, but refrains from robbing other dogs of their food. Because of his poor dental state, smaller treats would be good to be provided.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
