Hi! I'm BB-8! Im a lab mix puppy and Im one of the last one of my brothers and sisters here at the rescue still waiting for my forever family. Can you even believe it? I am a very sweet, good boy who loves to play fetch with my foster kids and parents. Yeah, you heard that right - I have mastered chasing and returning a ball, which has become one of my favorite things to do! I also love to play with toys, my two furry foster siblings (35 and 70 pound dogs), and chill on the couch for family movie night! Ive been socialized with dogs and kids (foster kids ages 9 and 11) and love them both very much! I have done really well riding in the car, tagging along for soccer practices/games, and walking on a leash to and from the bus stop. I am food motivated, so my foster mommy says I should be easy to train. Im doing well with potty training, as long as my foster family makes sure I dont get distracted and actually do my business when Im let outside. I ride in cars in my crate without crying. When I have to go to my crate, I sometimes feel lonely and will cry for a short time before settling in. My foster mom says its normal since Im not completely used to being without my brothers and sisters yet and that Im getting better with this every day. My foster mom feels like I have a confident, curious, and sweet-natured disposition and that it sometimes takes a little time for a special puppy like me to find their special family. I hope that happens soon! If you think you may be my special family, I just may be the special puppy you have been waiting for!
