My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Orangey, the charming male orange tabby with a personality as vibrant as his coat. With his golden fur accented by striking stripes, Orangey exudes warmth and coziness. His sparkling amber eyes twinkle with intelligence and curiosity, always ready for a new adventure.

This lovable feline is the epitome of sweetness, melting hearts with his affectionate nature and gentle demeanor. Whether curled up on a sunny windowsill or lounging on a plush pillow, Orangey radiates comfort and contentment. His purrs are like a soothing melody, a testament to his blissful state of being.

Ever the conversationalist, Orangey is not one to shy away from a chat, expressing his thoughts with a charming array of meows, chirps, and trills.

But perhaps Orangey's greatest joy in life is receiving head scratches. With a gentle nudge of his furry head and a contented purr, he eagerly welcomes any and all affection bestowed upon him. His love language is clear: nothing beats a good head scratch session with his favorite humans.

In the heart of Orangey lies a loyal companion, ready to shower unconditional love and companionship upon those lucky enough to cross his path. With his endearing charm and loving spirit, Orangey truly is a cat like no other.

More about this rescue

We began rescuing dogs 6 years ago when I realized that so many healthy dogs were being euthanized in our local shelters. Shortly after I began to rescue kitties as well. We estimate that we have rescued over 2500 animals since we began. They all deserve a chance, a life and a lot of love.
