Meet Charlie-
Charlie is a sweet, loving boy who is looking for a safe place to call his forever home. He is a young, friendly, submissive, playful and affectionate boy. Charlie is shy, but loves attention. Charlie is a smart guy and is loving learning new things- it is helping him gain self confidence. He does great in his kennel and is currently working on basic commands (he already knows sit and lay down). He is potty trained and loves/needs a fenced yard. He is a smart and gentle boy who would love to snuggle up with you, play fetch with you, or just walk with you.
Charlie is ready to keep learning and being exposed to new things. He is submissive but gets jealous when our resident dog gets attention and comes barreling through to get some attention too. Charlie is just so darn cute and loveable and he wants all the pets and attention but is learning to share attention. Charlie does need to join a home with a confident dog to keep learning from. He would love to grow and learn with you through training. It's also a great way to bond with your new family member! Charlie would probably do best in a quieter environment with adults or older, calm children. He gets nervous around sudden movements and may take a little extra time to warm up to his new environment and feel safe. If you are looking for a loyal, fun and loving dog to train and experience new things- Charlie is your guy! Just look into his liquid gold eyes and see what a sweetheart he is!
