My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking to find a forever home for my 4 year old German Shepard. He’s a vary affectionate and protective boy who loves to play fetch and cuddle on the couch. We rescued him from a breeder in Detroit and conditions as a puppy where terrible and because of this he came with certain anxieties such as nervous around other dogs and nervous in cars. He is neutered, and crate trained/house broken. I’m looking for someone who is familiar with this breed. He’s very active and needs someone who can give him the time to get his energy out. He is also very protective, so I need someone who can understand that and take that into consideration. He is great with kids and cats. He has shown aggression towards dogs in a protective setting but when he was in a daycare he was sociable with other dogs after some time. I just had a baby and my biggest concern is that he’s not getting the attention and care that he deserves. My family just wants the best possible life for him!
