My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sephora is a rare female orange tabby, and her personality is just like her looks - unique! She loves to live by the three S's of life - Snacking', Splootin', and Sassin'.

Sephora is a very treat motivated girl and loves Churu treats. When she really wants a nibble she'll let out a series of rapid, petite meows to let you know it's Snack O'Clock. If that doesn't get your attention, she stretches her back legs out as far as she can, tail straight in the air, to see if her perfect sploot form will get your attention. Still not getting treats? She will do a little side crawl along the floor, which her foster parents call her "worm squirm," to shimmy closer and closer to you to make sure you see how desperate she is for a coveted Churu. If all fails, then Sephora moves on to her patented sassing, continuing her rapid fire petite meows while rubbing all over your legs to show it's time for a snack, right meow.

Found with a severe leg injury, it was discovered that Sephora had a broken leg. Through the financial help of a generous donor, Sephora was able to have orthopedic surgery to fix the bone and keep her leg! Her old injury doesn't keep her from doing her hilarious sploots or jumping into a kitty tower to take a nap in a sunspot.

Sephora is whole lot of sass in one petite body, and we can't say enough about what a sweet and loving girl she is, and how much we adore her antics. Interested in taking Sephora home? Apply to meet her now!

More about this rescue

We are a tax exempt nonprofit 501c3 based in San Antonio,Texas. Formed in 2017, our mission is to raise funds for animal rescue and find forever homes for our adoptable cats and dogs. Donations are used for veterinary costs, intake fees to animal rescue providers, transport costs to rescue partners and animal fostering costs. To fund our charitable animal rescue efforts we rely solely on the much needed donations of our generous supporters. We can't do it without you!

Your donation directly helps the animals in need, as we do not draw any salaries. We rehabilitate and then adopt our cats and dogs to amazing pet owners not only in San Antonio but throughout the country. We work with many local shelters, rescues and individuals to save as many as we can.
