What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Bunny, an orange American short-hair spayed female, 5 years and 8 months old was fostered in 11/2023 coming from an elderly owner who was overwhelmed with three kitties. They loved them all so much they maintained food bowls at full capacity. Bunny was the largest kitty at 25.9 lbs and was on a mixed diet of canned, and dry- Royal Canin fiber and Hills Metabolic.
Bunny was obese, having loose stools, and couldn't clean herself.
With her foster family, Bunny has steadily lost weight, is currently at 18 lbs, and enjoys playing with other cats, people, and toys. She tolerates toddlers. Her current housemates are another kitty and a rambunctious pup. Her ideal weight is 15.9 lbs, so she needs a loving and disciplined forever home to help her meet those goals.
