My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Peanut, your future best friend! This adorable male chihuahua mix pup is 2 years old and weighs 16 lbs. He is a certified love bug: super cuddly and affectionate. He is house trained and does well in the crate and on leash. He gets along well with the senior dog at his foster home and even tolerates two cats (isn’t reactive at all, but scared of them).

He is very anxious around new people or pets so he is looking for a patient home that can provide the time and love he needs to adjust. He will also do best in a home with no kids (they make him very nervous). Currently he’s working on understanding basic commands, socializing and curbing the urge to run away.
