Meet Suzie, a captivating adult female cat with mesmerizing green eyes that will draw you in. Suzie strikes a balance between playfulness and being a laid-back companion, with a fondness for strings. She's the perfect sleep buddy, content to snuggle next to you day and night, making it hard to coax her out of her comfy spot when she's truly at ease. While not a fan of being picked up or sitting in laps, Suzie thrives on the couch or bed, especially with a human companion nearby. Independent by nature, she prefers a quiet, peaceful home that's social but not too noisy. Suzie communicates her boundaries and lets you know when she's had enough attention. A devoted foodie, when a bag of food is being open Suzie will be seen running acrtoss the room to check out the snacks. Interview

We'll have a conversation to find out what kind of pet you are looking for and help you pick someone who will fit with your lifestyle!

3.
Meet the Pet

By-appointment and virtual meet and greets are made with our adoption counselors to meet the cat(s) you are interested in!

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

We go over medical information and the adoption contract over the phone. The contract is signed virtually and adoption appointment is set.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Set up everything at home, and bring the adoption donation and a carrier - it's adoption day!

Milltown Adoption Center is open to the public Wed + Fri from 5 - 7 and Sat + Sun from 12 - 4. Private appointments available for approved adopters.

The mission of the Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society is to provide a safe and peaceful haven for homeless, abandoned or abused animals. We will help decrease the number of cats and dogs being destroyed in kill shelters through the work of our foster, spay/neuter, trap-neuter-return, and education programs.

The vision of the Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society is a world where every companion animal is respected, fed, warm, happy, and not in danger of being killed because it is temporarily homeless.
