Meet Champ! Champ is a very lovable older Shih Tzu, but he does not act it. He is still quite alert and affectionate. He loves to be on his person's lap, relaxing. He is housebroken and will let you know when he wants out. He is good with cats and other dogs. He has not been kid-tested at this time but seems to love all people. This debonaire gentleman longs to be loved, warm, and safe for the rest of his life. Senior dogs are so special. They have given all their love and deserve that in return. DASH ( Danielle's animal safe haven) rescue Is a 501 3c rescue trying to place as many homeless animals in loving homes as we possibly can. We pull breeds of all types and sizes. We rescue dogs from your purse puppies to your gentle giants and all in between. We pull from kill shelters where most pups are on their last day. We try to keep our adoption fees within reason, but they do vary. In rescuing these hopeful pets, there comes a lot of expenses. These fees help with vetting, medications, altering (age appropriate) and so much more.
