04/10/24 11:20 The person who found him said that he does not do well with men but the officer that picked him up was a man and he had no problems during intake, vaccinating or taking picture and placing in kennel. 04/17/24 10:01 Took him out for a walk and to try to get a better picture. He was very easy to leash but difficult to walk inside of the building. Seems as if he was an `out-door` only pet. Once outside, he enjoyed walking slowly and smelling all there was to smell. No pulling, no issues. Received pets, scratches and praise through out the walk which he always stopped for and accepted graciously. Seems to be a good boy, showed no interest in the other dogs we walked by when taking him back to his kennel but is more fearful inside the building and doesn`t react to much at all. 04/19/24 09:42 Took out for another walk. Still a little fearful exiting his kennel and getting him through the door to the outside. Once outside, he like to walk slow and smell. No pulling, just takes his time. It was a little easier getting him back inside today but it`s just not fun for him. Nice boy. Needs some comforting and socializing. Doesn`t look for interaction much but does seem to like pets and scratches when he gets them.
