Hi! My name is Dusty. My brother Rusty and I were abandoned. I don't know why, maybe because we play a lot, and because we are puppies we chew on stuff as our little teeth come in. I love people, and kids are so much fun. I love to chase cats, but not to hurt them, I just want to play! I am always gentle with them! I am crate trained and sleep all night in my kennel like a good boy! My foster dad and I are working on potty-training, I just need to keep at it (I am a puppy!) I just need someone to love me and patiently teach me how to be the dog they want me to be. I love to do things to make my person happy, and if you give me a treat, I will always try my best! Of course, I am undeniably cute!!!! Will you give me a chance to be your best dog?
Dusty is part of our Home to Home Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Vaccinations and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee. Pawmetto Lifeline wants every animal to have a chance to find a loving home.

Since the opening of our adoption, medical, and boarding facility in Spring 2012, we have been able to save more than 15,000 companion pets from euthanasia and gave them a new lease on life.
