My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mary Kay

Meet Mary Kay is a beautiful three year old female tortie.   She is sweet as sugar,  pure innocence and the sweetest head tilt that it’s so endearing. We rescued her because her time was up, but found out that her eardrum was swollen. She now can walk without falling over and is steady on her feet. She has a permanent head and is super inquisitive with a sweet endearing naiveness.. We can’t say enough dear things about this sweet girl. A true treasure of a love.

More about this rescue

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered, are tested for either heartworm or FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped. The Vallejo location only handles cats.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
