Rojo is a sweet boy. I started fostering him because he was malnourished and previously abused. I worked very hard to get him house trained, back to normal weight, his fur to good health and most important, I showed him he can trust again.
He loves being outdoors, especially the woods. He is high energy and can go on several mile long hikes/runs.
He's shy but playful, doesn't ever growl and only barks occasionally at other dogs that walk by our house.
He does well with kids, very gentle and kind.
Gets scared with very loud people and will go to his crate where he feels safe. But comes right back out to evaluate the situation.
He is crate trained during the day while I work but he needs the outdoors to be happy.
