My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dear Ziggy is fun, snuggly, adventurous, loves children and lets them climb all over him, and loves fellow animals of all kinds!! If you want loyal, sweet, and committed he is THE young dog for the task. Nearly purebred according to DNA testing, a dash of retriever. No health issue concerns.

He is needing to be rehomed for two reasons. The first being my daughter who is his primary owner is enlisting into the Air Force and will be gone for extended periods of time. Second, I had wanted to keep him with us until her life stabilized and was granted housing (housing only granted if she married/had children); however, I have had to downsize to an apartment. Ziggy is used to a yard and has become overwhelmed with anxiety. I am a single parent with numerous children, I cannot be available to present for him like he needs. We feel it is in his best interest for quality of life. My daughter did not choose this lightly, she has owned since 10 weeks old. He has been great to her & the family.
