My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Frannie, a gentle soul with a tender heart, seeking a forever home that offers patience, understanding, and lots of love. Frannie's journey hasn't been the easiest-her shyness stems from a challenging past, and she's still learning to trust humans. Her ideal family will embrace the opportunity to slowly and gently coax her from her shell.

Frannie has recently shown progress by allowing some gentle pets while in her safe, hidden spot. It's a big step for this reserved girl! She finds great comfort in being brushed; it not only helps her relax but also purrs her into a peaceful sleep. This could be a wonderful way for her new family to bond with her.

When it comes to playtime, Frannie prefers the simple joy of little balls with bells inside, showing that sometimes it's the little things that mean the most. She's not particularly fond of feather toys, so her new family can tailor playtime to what she enjoys most.

Frannie's culinary preferences are quite specific-she adores chicken pate in gravy from the brand Temptation, and she has an adorable, unique method of eating her dry food by breaking it into smaller pieces before consuming it.

Interestingly, Frannie seems to have a curiosity about other cats, as evidenced by her reaction to their sounds on TV, suggesting she might eventually appreciate the company of a feline companion.

Frannie is mostly active at night, exploring her environment when things are quiet and calm. This nocturnal nature is something her new family should be prepared for, providing her with a peaceful day environment and engaging with her during her active hours.

Frannie's ideal home would be one where she can take her time to become the loving companion she's meant to be, in an environment that celebrates small victories in trust and comfort. If you have a quiet home and a big heart for a cat needing extra tender love and care, Frannie might just be the perfect match.
