My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Balin was found in a mobile home park that we were working in last year during the summer. At first, the good Samaritan thought that he was a young boy, but after we were able to scan a microchip that he had from when he was adopted as a young lad, we found out that he was 10 years old at that time. He had been out a really long time and needed a professional grooming, lots of TLC and antibiotics and, eventually, he was ready for some dental extractions. He has one tooth left 🙂 He is still good at eating both wet and dry food!
Balin is one of the most friendly cats that you will ever meet. He would be great in any home dynamic. He loves to be held and snuggled. He loves to be brushed! And he does well with other animals. You don’t want to miss out on his love!

More about this rescue

The Euclid Beach Cat Project is a 501(c)(3), non profit rescue group. We take in, socialize, vet and adopt out cats and kittens, as well as trap-neuter-return (TNR) and manage feral colonies. There are so many homeless, abandoned and vulnerable cats and kittens needing homes, medical care and to be spayed/neutered. We try to help as many cats find a home as we can. If they are feral, we practice TNR and make sure either a caregiver or someone with this rescue continues to provide for them.
