Zahra is a female Shepherd-mix puppy who was abandoned at a local emergency vet. Zahra had been attacked by another dog, but has healed well from her injuries. She's a friendly girl who loves to play with other dogs, but is vocal on-leash when she first meets them. She has the intelligence and love of this breed and will become a loyal family member. As well as physical exercise, Zahra would benefit greatly from a training program to help socialize her and to continue learning basic manners. She is eager to please and will quickly become a beloved member of your pack. Zahra has been around children as young as 7 and was fine with them. She likes to chase cats, but doesn't try to harm them. Zahra needs an active family who is willing to continue her training and will provide her with both mental and physical stimulation.
