Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Senior-Samuel came to us as a stray in July and is ready to find a forever home to spend his golden years!
Samuel is a very easy-going dog and would do great in a low energy household. He has his bursts of energy, and loves to run around the yard at his own pace. We have not yet seen him play with too many toys but he seems to enjoy noisy ones!
Samuel adores attention and would love nothing more than to cuddle up by your feet and receive pets. Even when outside, Samuel is happy to come and sit next to you to receive any love he can get! Samuel would do best in a home without cats in his forever home and we would be open to a meet-and-greet with other dogs. In his previous home Samuel did display some resource guarding behaviors and would need to be fed separate from any potential doggy friends.
Samuel has done well with children while in our care, but children will need to be aware he is an older boy and may need time alone for his naps.
This sweet boy would love to find a home to relax the days away. If Samuel sounds like he would be a good fit for you, stop by and meet this happy hound!
