My name is Phoenix!

Phoenix is a very cuddly and high energy dog. He loves attention and can never get enough of it. He also loves to run around and explore. He likes to play but he plays a little aggressively. Phoenix does not like to be in large groups of people or animals. He becomes anxious and on guard.

I received Phoenix from my parents. I agreed to take care of him while my parents were getting a divorce. One of my parents were supposed to take him after the divorce was finalized but that is no longer an option because neither of my parents live in a place where they can have pets. I work very long hours and I am not home enough to give Phoenix the time and love that he needs to thrive. I would love for him to end up with a family that has the time to give him the attention he deserves. Phoenix would do best in a home with older children an no other pets, or he would need to meet the other pets first to see if they get along.
