Mavis has so much love to give in such a small package. In true chihuahua fashion it takes her a minute to warm up to new people, but once she likes you she likes you. Mavis loves cuddling under blankets while you watch tv and playing with her toys. We are unsure of her past, but whatever happened in it has made her fearful of loud noises, fast movements, and walking on a leash. Mavis needs a home with no young children. She would prefer a home where people are home more than not, but would he find left alone as long as she has a doggy friend. Mavis’s best friend in her foster home is the foster’s personal golden retriever so we think she would be very happy with a large doggy friend that like to cuddle. Due to her fear of a leash and going outside she needs a fenced in yard. Mavis is pee pad trained and with patience could learn to go outside on a yard. If you are willing to put in the work to gain this gals trust she’s sure to pay you back with lots of love.
