Vader was surrendered to us because his family had no time for him. He is about 5 years old and weighs about 10 pounds . He is good with other dogs and like to sit on peoples laps. Vader is outgoing and affectionate. Adopter must be able to travel to Navarre for the meet and greet/adoption. -Adoption Application (You can fill it out on www.lnrrescue.com)
-Home Check
-Vet Check (All current dogs in the household have to be UTD on shots and on Heartworm prevention as verified by a vet)
-Adoption Agreement, which includes if for any reason you are unable to keep the dog, he/she is to be returned to L & R Rescue only.
-Adoption fee
