George 4
M, 1 year
Oh little George! (And he is rather little and will stay rather small!) He has such a unique personality. The beginning of his life was most likely chaotic, leading to him not really knowing which way is up and not entirely understanding what stability means. Now that he has been shown stability, he is equipped to join a family and be a happy little prince!
George will take some time to come out of his shell, but once he does he is such a goofy, silly, playful love bug. He wants to play with toys with his human, and he absolutely adores climbing on your chest or lap during the relaxing times and just snuggling so intensely, as if he needs to soak up all the love from you he can. Because of his past, George does not like to be picked up whatsoever. This doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to be touched, oh he does! He just really prefers to not be scooped up, which is okay for his comfort as it is very unsettling to him. He is truly a wonderful little guy. He does require a bit of patience at first, but oh man is he worth it. He brings joy, smiles, and warmth as soon as he’s ready!
George really loves other cats! He thinks they are great, and he would really like another cat friend. He can be a little pushy in how he plays, so make sure your cat tolerates that. George was quite scared of dogs at first, but after a very slow introduction to an incredibly laid back dog, he is now completely fine sniffing the dogs face and walking on top of him! He has never been introduced to a high energy dog. With kids, it would be best for those who are older and respect his boundaries.
George is neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. If interested in adding this one of a kind sweet, silly boy to your family, please fill out the adoption application on our website
