Frank is a sweet boy who is high energy. While we are not sure how Frank is with cats, we do know is good with kids and other big dogs. Frank does know a few basic commands such as sit, stay and lay down, but would benefit from ongoing training. He may also need a refresher in house breaking. If you would like to meet Frank, please stop by SPCA Cincinnati to visit him and all our other adoptable pets.
