My name is Zero!

Zero is 1yr and 4m old. I live by a highway, and Zero is a very active dog. He enjoys running around and playing. He has already been in 2 accidents on the highway, one resulting in the loss of his eye. (He's been nicknamed uno) The property is big and cannot be fenced in, so when I let him out, he roams freely. I tried everything: electric perimeter fence, dog run, keeping him as an inside dog. Along with this, I am planning to move soon. I feel it would be best to find a home for Zero that can provide him with the time and love he needs to give him a better life.
He is such a sweet boy. He loves snuggles, car rides, hikes. He is not crate-trained but is potty-trained and knows all his basic commands. He is still in the puppy phase and has lots of energy, but once you have him relax, he is chill. He is very temperamental with the dogs he likes. He likes some dogs and not others, regardless of sex, age, size... My parents have two small dogs he does well with.
