Bow-wow! My name is Steve! I'm a handsome gentleman and I have stunning eyes to get lost in. In case you didn't notice, one eye is blue and one eye is brown - I think that makes me pretty cool! My caregivers don't know much about my past. I was found out at Lake Mary on a boat ramp getting ready to take a little swim.

I may be big, but I am a softie! I am a big love bug - friendly and playful! I really enjoy playing with toys, cuddling, and especially snacks! I love having a dog friends, and would like to meet any siblings you may have for me! I would do better in a home with kids no younger than 10. I walk well on a leash and I am potty trained! Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
