Unfortunately our lovely Australian Shepherd Izzy has developed genetic epilepsy. The Vet feels it can be controlled and kept to a minimum, or best case stop them. We are in the process of regulating the dosages of her medication, it has been happening about every 4 to 6 weeks. With my wife heart rhythm issues (SVT) and the anxiety it creates not knowing when or if she will have have another seizure, it has really put her health at risk and in the hospital. So very sadly we need to find a loving and caring home that is willing and about the deal with her medication and a possible seizure. We will let all of her belonging go with her, recliner for at a window to look out, create, mattress, toys, frisbee (her favorite thing to do) We picked her out and purchased her at 2 week and she was 3 years old 4/8/24. She loves people, get along well with other dogs, good with kids. If you are interested and we both feel everything is a good fit we can proceed from there.
