My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: 2012

Hank was surrendered to a municipal shelter earlier this year, and shelter employees described him as “the sweetest boy ever!” He was in urgent need of critical dental care, which to shelter could not provide, so Forgotten Ones took over his care.

He went through a rough time with his dental surgery and recovery, but Hank is all better now and his endearing personality is evident with everything he does. He loves to be in the company of human companions and, if he doesn’t know where you are, he will walk around meowing loudly to get your attention. He delights in pats and ear rubs and, in the evening, he enjoys cuddling in a lap and watching TV with you.

Hank's favourite toy is a small furry mouse that he bats around all over the place or runs after when it is tossed around a room.  He enjoys sitting by the window and watching the world go by and, if the window is open a little bit, it is even more enjoyable! He is an easy-going and good natured fellow.

Hank has a wonderful, engaging personality and he is looking for a family that will give him all the affection and attention he adores. In return, he will give you lots of love and purrs. He would be suitable for a home with another similar tempered cat.

More about this rescue

We are small but growing group of volunteers who simply love cats. We are not-for-profit organization who rely on public donations and support to continue to operate and save the lives of many innocent cats and kittens. The majority of our cats & kittens are rescued from Kill shelters who are rescue friendly and allow us to take these cats who are slated for euthanasia because of a lack of space in the shelter. Foster homes are our life blood, we need foster homes year round. Volunteers to help us with fundraising events, garage sales, adoption centres etc are always welcomed.
