My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable litter of pups was found by a kind person behind a bowling alley, they were skinny, hungry and scared. They have been with our wonderful fosters for 2 weeks now gaining weight, strength and confidence. We think these are doodle mixes, we think they have hair, not fur and it is silky soft. We are unsure how big they will get not seeing the parents and them being so underweight when we took them into rescue, but we are GUESSING they will be about 30 - 35lbs.. They are very sweet and lovable! If you are interested in any of our Bowling Alley pups, please compete an application. We do accept multiple applications then pick the best match..
A few fun facts about him:
1. When Rocket isn't having puppy zoomies, he loves to zen out with our senior dog, Maverick (pictured under this blanket).
2. Rocket is super smart and learns behaviors by watching other .
3. Chewing on toys is his current favorite past time - currently loves his PB filled peanut toy!
4. He knows how to sit. We are working on his patience, and he gets better everyday!
5. He is such a good dog! He loves to play, snuggle, and EAT. Haha.
6. When Rocket naps, HE NAPS. OUT. No hurricane in the world can wake this pup!
7. Anyone who adopts Rocket will be filled with snuggles, games of fetch, and lots of kisses. He's just a pup that's born to be loved!

More about this rescue

Five Friends Animal Rescue, Inc. is a foster-based animal welfare organization of volunteers dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters, strays, and owner surrenders. We provide these animals with care and temporary homes until we can place them into their permanent homes. We also serve as a resource to our community by providing information on pet ownership, including resources for spay/neuter and positive behavior training. We believe that no animal should be mistreated and are working towards the day when no companion animal is euthanized for lack of a home.
