My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Bronx and Brooklyn, a dynamic duo of puppy siblings that will steal your heart with their boundless energy and irresistible charm! Born to spread joy and laughter, these active furballs are ready to embark on a lifelong adventure with a loving family. These social butterflies have been spayed and neutered, ensuring a happy and healthy life ahead. They come fully equipped with microchips, are up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccines, and treated for fleas, ticks, and heartworms, they are well-versed in the importance of preventive care. If you're seeking the love, laughter, and puppy cuddles, look no further than Bronx and Brooklyn. These siblings are eagerly awaiting the chance to become cherished members of your family, bringing warmth and joy into your home like only puppies can. Adopt Bronx or Brooklyn today and embark on a lifetime of happiness. For those ready to open their hearts and homes to one of these delightful siblings, an adoption fee of $150 per pup. **All New Leash on Life dogs must be adopted to families willing to have their pets be allowed inside-especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a "tie out" or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced in yard.**

More about this rescue

New Leash on Life is dedicated to improving the welfare of companion animals in our community through shelter, placement, spay/neuter, education and awareness.

Our goals include the following:

To educate the public about the importance of having their pets spayed or neutered, and to provide low or no cost surgeries for those in need.

To shelter and provide care for stray, abused, or relinquished animals.

To educate the general population about the seriousness of pet overpopulation.

To end euthanasia as a means of controlling pet overpopulation.

To find good homes for the animals in our care.

Our hope for the future is that there will be no unwanted, unloved or abandoned companion animal. We will continue with our aggressive spay/neuter campaign and our owner education programs in the hopes that any pet ever adopted will find a permanent, loving home. We believe that with the involvement of our community we will make a significant impact on the welfare of companion animals, but we need your help and understanding. Together, will make the difference.
